About the unit: Care in the Right Setting (CaRS) – Integrated model including Hospital in the Home (HiTH), GEMR-HiTH, GEDI, Residential Aged Care Support Service (RaSS), Interim care, and other Hospital Optimisation / Substitution services.

Mandatory Experience: Wide Clinical Experience - ED, Surgical, Medical, Paeds or previous HiTH experience; Skills - Cannulation, PICC line access, Dressing skills, competency, Surgical wounds - Vac Dressings, Chronic wound skills; Must have a current driver's licence; Must have an Aged Care National Police Certificate
